DESCRIPTION:Mandatory event for Royal\, Big\, and Little Court members. \n12pm-2pm:  Orientation Meeting for Princesses\, Lieutenants\, Little Ladies-in-Waiting\, Pages\, and Parents. \n2:00 pm: Kick-Off event to present the 2025 Lunar Rendezvous Festival Court and presentation of the 2024 Distribution of Funds to grant recipients. \nThe Kick-Off Party is the start of the Lunar Rendezvous season.  The highlights of the event include the announcement of the new Princesses and Lieutenants\, Little Ladies-in-Waiting and Pages\, introduction of the new LRF King\, introduction of the LRF Queen\, Queen Alternate\, and Captain\, presentation of the upcoming festival events and staff. It is also a presentation of the prior year’s distribution of funds. \nBig Court Event Attire: \nPrincesses wear their LRF polo shirts\, LRF sashes and sash pins\, and khaki pants or khaki skirts that are no shorter than three inches (3”) above the knee. \nLieutenants wear their LRF polo shirts\, LRF lapel pins\, and khaki pants. \nLittle Court Event Attire: \nLittle Ladies-in-Waiting wear the festival shirt\, festival sash with sash pin\, and tiara with khaki skirt\, shorts\, or pants. \nPages wear the festival shirt and festival lapel pin with khaki shorts or pants. \nRoyals Event Attire: \nAll Royals wear sashes. \nQueen and Queen Alternate wear LRF polo shirts with their sashes and khaki pants or khaki skirts that are no shorter than three inches (3”) above the knee. \nCaptain wears a LRF polo shirt and khaki pants. \nBoth incoming and outgoing Kings wear slacks\, a jacket\, a tie\, or a suit.

This elegant black-tie event showcases the reigning Royal Court\, Little Ladies-in-Waiting\, Pages\, Princesses\, and Lieutenants in a stunning presentation. The highlight of the evening is the highly anticipated announcement of the new Royal Court\, featuring the Queen\, Queen Alternate\, and Captain. A true celebration of history\, tradition\, and honor\, this milestone event is the perfect conclusion to a spectacular festival season. \nSEATS ARE ONLY GUARANTEED TOGETHER FOR TICKETS PURCHASED IN THE SAME TRANSACTION. \nEvent Attire: Black Tie \nBig Court & Presenter Event Attire: \n\nPrincesses are required to wear a pure white\, floor-length\, formal ball gown with no train or bustle\, with white opera gloves. The beading on the gowns shall be minimal and may only be silver or iridescent beading (no color) or accents.  Princesses MUST submit a picture of the front and back of their gown for approval by the BCC.  White or silver evening shoes or ballet slippers shall be required for Princesses.  No nude-colored shoes.  Hair accessories shall be approved\, but tiaras and headbands are not allowed under any circumstances.\nLieutenants are required to wear a tuxedo consisting of a white formal shirt\, black tuxedo trousers\, black vest\, black bow tie\, a solid white dinner jacket with no trim\, color\, or design\, a black pocket square\, black dress socks\, and black formal shoes.\nFemale presenters and female escorts should wear long gowns and be discouraged from wearing white.\nMale presenters and male escorts are required to wear a tuxedo consisting of a black dinner jacket and matching black trousers\, a white formal shirt\, a black cummerbund or black vest\, black tie\, white pocket square\, black dress socks\, and black formal shoes. No hats are permitted.\n\nLittle Court & Presenter Event Attire: \n\nLittle Ladies-in-Waiting wear a white formal dress\, approved by the LCC\, the provided festival tiara\, and white satin wrist gloves.
